Domestic Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • Orders placed during peak periods, launches, or sales may require slightly longer processing times.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 days.
  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking number will be provided after shipment.
  • You can track your order via your account or the courier’s tracking system.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or other issues, we will attempt to contact you. If unresolved, the package may be returned to us and only product cost (excluding shipping) will be refunded.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Please report damaged or incomplete packages within 24 hours with photos/videos.
  • We will assist in resolving the issue or provide replacement/refund if necessary.
  • Lost packages will be investigated and resolved accordingly.

Wrong or Fake Delivery Notification

If you receive an incorrect delivery notification, inform us within 24 hours for prompt assistance.
